1. Services

Elevated Media & Design provides professional real estate photography, listing videography, drone media, 3D tours, and related visual marketing services.

Service details, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined at the time of booking.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• Cancellation or rescheduling policies may apply and will be communicated during booking.

• Weather-related rescheduling (for drone or exterior shoots) may occur at our discretion for safety and quality reasons.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.

• Final media delivery may be contingent upon payment completion.

• Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Property Readiness

Clients are responsible for ensuring properties are photo-ready at the time of the shoot. Elevated Media & Design is not responsible for staging, cleaning, or preparation unless previously arranged.

5. Media Usage & Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients receive a license to use delivered media for marketing the specific property listing.

• Media may not be sold, transferred, or reused for future listings without written permission.

• Elevated Media & Design retains copyright ownership of all created media.

We reserve the right to use media for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Drone Operations

All drone operations are conducted in compliance with FAA regulations. Drone services may be restricted due to weather conditions, airspace limitations, or safety concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elevated Media & Design shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• MLS rejections or listing delays

• Technical failures beyond reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.

8. Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Elevated Media & Design and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
